Platform Notice: LunaDB provides customization services for the TeamDesk platform. We are an independent technical provider.

1. Data Security

We utilize ephemeral processing for all data import tools. Your Excel files are processed in secure memory and are never stored on our servers after the upload is complete.

2. Third Party Services

Our tools interact with the TeamDesk API. By using our services, you also agree to TeamDesk's Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual Property

The system architecture, database schema, and custom automation scripts remain the Intellectual Property of LunaDB. The Client retains full, exclusive ownership of all data entered into the system.

4. Service Level & Liability

LunaDB acts as an authorized reseller and architect. Service availability is subject to the Service Level Agreement provided by ForeSoft Corporation (provider of the TeamDesk platform). LunaDB is not liable for upstream outages caused by the platform provider.
